Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: December 8, 2024

By participating in any giveaway, contest, or promotion (collectively, “Giveaways”) hosted by Everything Is Wellness(“Sponsor”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

Giveaways are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older, unless otherwise stated. Employees of Everything Is Wellness, its affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

2. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

3. How to Enter

Entry methods will be described in the specific Giveaway announcement, including but not limited to: subscribing to Everything Is Wellness, commenting on a post, or engaging on social media. Entries must be received before the stated deadline.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries. Winners will be notified via email or the platform where they entered. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.

5. Prize Details

Prizes will be described in the Giveaway announcement. Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged unless otherwise stated.

6. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to:

• Comply with all giveaway rules.

• Release Everything Is Wellness from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation.

• Allow the use of their first name and likeness for promotional purposes, if required.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any Giveaway at its discretion.

7. Privacy & Data Use

By entering, you consent to receive communications from Everything Is Wellness. Your email may be used for marketing purposes and may be shared with select partners. You can opt out at any time.

8. Governing Law

All Giveaways are subject to U.S. law and will be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
