Sooo ya umm you shouldn’t take all of your supplements in the morning or all of your supplements at night in a full stack like that; there are so many different vitamins that compete with one another when taken together that you should not take them together, the obvious being copper- zinc, iron-zinc, calcium-magnesium, so on and so forth that’s kind of a super daft remark to make

I’ve been washing every day and I am obsessed with it. I can’t believe I was brainwashed to stop.

For sleep, I do valerian root powder tea- it’s amazing!! And I’ve tried everything w magnesium, l-theanine, melatonin.

Most of these are so me!! All about that early dinner! I used to wash my hair daily but it doesn’t work for me anymore. Definitely need to try the body oil! Thank you for sharing!
